Application Areas and Specifications

  • Used for the removal of scale deposits in industrial dishwashers.
  • Helps save energy and reduce malfunctions that result from scale deposits.
  • Can also be used as a circulatory product for water-based scaling in professional applications (on acid-resistant surfaces).
  • Consider the acid-resistance of the surface intended to be cleaned for other applications.

Attention

  • Please read the instruction manual.
  • Do not use for cleaning hands, face, body and food products.
  • Keep away from children.
  • Do not store under 0ºC and above 35ºC.
  • Protect from direct sunlight.
  • Pile maximum 2 barrels on top of each other.
  • Production date and batch number is on the package.
  • Do not accept opened or unlabeled packages.

Usage Amounts

    Dipping
  • Soak calcified materials in solution, prepared as 100-200 ml/lt, for 10-15 minutes depending on the level of scaling.
    • Spraying
  • Spray solution, prepared as 200 ml/lt, to the calcified area and allow to work. Rinse with plenty of water after finalizing the procedure.
    • Automated Applications
  • Professional application. Apply by circulation pump on acid-resistance surfaces (drains, channels etc.).

Safety Instructions

  • pH: 2-3
  • Highly acidic, make sure to read instructions.
  • Do not mix with other products.
  • Wear gloves to prevent exposure.
  • In case of skin and eye contact, flush your eye with plenty of water, get medical attention and show the product label.
  • In case of contact with garments, remove all contaminated clothing and rinse the contact area with plenty of water.
  • If ingested, do not induce vomiting, get medical attention immediately and show the container or product label.
  • In case of discomfort resulting from an exposure to the product, get medical attention immediately and show the product label to the medical staff.
