Preparatory Coating for Metal Surfaces
Application Areas and Specifications
- Removes rust and grease from metal surfaces.
- Produces a base on a nano-basis before coating the metal surface.
- This product differs by allowing a longer waiting period for the material without rusting after rinsing, when compared to other products.
- Used prior to painting for metals including aluminum, copper, brass, bronze, iron, lead, steel etc.
- Flameproof. Non-flammable.
- Not recommended to use on chrome, tin or nickel-plated metals.
- Used widely in heavy metal industry, paint shops, machinery production facilities.

- Do not use for cleaning hands, face, body and food products.

- Avoid breathing directly.
- Do not use on hot surfaces.
- Keep in a cool place.
Usage Amounts
Wiping
- Dilute as required.
- Apply the product to the metal material by brush or a piece of cloth.
- Allow the rust to dissolve.
- Rinse the metal surface and allow to dry.
Dipping
- Dilute as required.
- Soak in the metal immersion tank.
- Remove from tank when the rust is eliminated and allow to dry.

- Do not treat acid-sensitive surfaces (marble, granite, travertine, metal, plastic etc.) with this product.
- Formulation contains acid, Causes skin and eye irritation.
- In case of eye contact, flush your eye with plenty of water and seek for medical attention.
- Wear gloves to prevent exposure.
- Keep container tightly closed.
- Do not use with chlorinated substances.
- Do not store above 35ºC.
- In case of discomfort resulting from an exposure to the product, get medical attention immediately and show the product label to the medical staff.
