Application Areas and Specifications

  • Removes rust, dirt and grease from metal surfaces in a single operation and produces a base prior to coating or painting.
  • Improves adhesion qualities of the metal surface to the coating or paint by abrading the surface on an atomic level.
  • Controlled foaming. Safe for use in conveyor systems.

  • Avoid breathing directly.
  • Keep in a cool place.

Usage Amounts

  • Dilute with water as required.
  • Applied to parts by conveyor.
  • Complete procedure with final rinsing.

Safety Instructions

  • pH: 2-3
  • Acidic product. May cause skin and eye irritation.
  • In case of eye contact, flush your eye with plenty of water and seek for medical attention.
  • Use protective gloves and equipment.
  • Keep container tightly closed.
  • Do not store above 35ºC.
  • In case of discomfort resulting from an exposure to the product, get medical attention immediately and show the product label to the medical staff.
